The Brasserie

With its listed woodwork and historic decor, Brasserie d’Aurillac will win you over with its unusual architecture and warm ambiance. Go for the setting, go back for the food.

Founded in 1898, this local institution proposes mouth-watering fare made from fresh produce: pan-fried cushion of veal with Saint-Nectaire cheese, grilled Cantalou tartine, home-smoked Red Label salmon, Salers rib steak and truffade, veal fillet casserole, and more. The menu of the day and suggestions change with the seasons and deliveries.

In summertime, the lovely shaded terrace is an especially pleasant setting for a quick lunch break or business meeting.

Come and discover the traditional dishes and creations from Jérôme Lavergne’s team and enjoy a gourmet experience in a historic listed decor!

Restaurant opening hours: 12 pm to 2.00 pm | 7 pm to 10 pm.
